LETTER OF MOTIVATION

Having a practical training in addition to theoretical studies in a University is an important tool one should undergo in other to come out successfully and fully experienced in any field of studies.

This is why I am applying for a traineeship in any developed country like America ,UK, etc through AIESEC in the field of Applied Polymer science. There are so many reasons why I applied for a traineeship through AIESEC but the main reason is that AIESEC is non-political, non religious ,non profit just to mention few.

I believe with this training I may acquire the full skills and experience I need in my course of studies in Polymer science. This will go a long way to build me more to be confident and skilful in any company I find myself in future. I also think that with practical training one will be able to have a good feeling about how the industry operates and also give suggestions when necessary.

I also think that the world as the world is growing one need to learn the modern types of operations in industries in the developed countries and with this training I believe I will be able to acquire enough knowledge to meet the ever-growing and ever-changing job market and finally to get the competitive edge to meet today’s career challenges.

Practical training is a necessity for someone to acquire good practical skills. The training will enable me to share with the up coming students in the field of Polymer science the knowledge that I will acquire from the training and it will go a long way to help my country, the future generation and the world at large.

I have also realised that without practical training it is very difficult to get job in future since it is a necessity.

I hope my application will be given the due consideration and I also hope that students will be given the opportunity to undergo training to be able to become good future leaders in the field of Engineering and other fields of interest.
